Cage that Page is a web tool that captures publicly accessible web articles and converts them into PDF format for personal use. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

Use the Service to systematically scrape or redistribute copyrighted content at scale
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute PDFs generated by the Service
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service infrastructure
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal use

4. Accounts and Billing

Free accounts require only an email address. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the listed price via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of articles you cage belongs to their original authors and publishers. Cage that Page does not claim ownership of archived content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of captured articles complies with applicable copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every article can be successfully archived or that the Service will be available without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cage that Page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
